Thursday, Oct 3rd


  • Registration/Hospitality Room: Alpine I Room, open 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Friday, Oct 4th


  • Registration/Hospitality Room: Alpine I Room, open 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, 6pm to 10pm


  • Officers meeting: Alpine II Room, 8:00am to 8:30am


  • Members meeting:  Alpine II Room, 8:30am to 9:30am, Open to all participants


  • Tech Session: Alpine II Room, 9:30am to 10:30am, Open to all participants

  2. Drive #2- Fastlane Classic Cars, (Assorted sandwiches $10 per person) It’s Alive Automotive, Classic Car Studio Leave at 11:15am

  3. Drive #3- Montelle Winery, (lunch available on site at the Klondike Café at your cost), Leave at 11:30am


  • Dinner On Your Own (see suggestions on Dining page on website) Join us afterwards in the Hospitality Room for homemade desserts

Saturday, Oct 5th

More Information About the Events Scheduled


Hospitality Room


The Hospitality Room in Alpine I is available to all participants. It will be open from Thursday evening until Sunday mid-morning except it will closed during the Welcome Reception and Awards Banquet. This is a place to gather and socialize. We will try to keep it stocked with complimentary water, beer, soda and snacks. We can bring any outside food or drink into the Hospitality Room, but not into the Welcome Reception or Awards Dinner.


Thursday, October 3: Welcome Reception: Zurich Room & Patio, Happy Hour 5:30pm, Heavy Appetizers 6:00pm-10:00pm, Cash Bar


The Welcome Reception will be held at the host hotel. This is where you can catch up with old friends and meet new ones in a casual environment. Dress is casual. Cash bar and a heavy appetizers will be served. 


When you pick up your registration packet it will include tickets to the Reception if you included it on your registration form. You will need to present these tickets to enter the Welcome Reception.

If you arrive too late Thursday to check in at the Hospitality Room we will have the registration packets available at the Welcome Reception.


Friday, October 4: Tech Session: Alpine II Room, 9:30am to 10:30am, Open to all participants

Saturday, October 5: Car Show:  8:30 am to 10:30 am – St Charles Riverfront. Open to all registered cars. 


The Car Show is the highlight of the Trials Weekend. All registered participants are eligible to participate in the Car Show. It will start at 8:30 am at the historic St. Charles Riverfront. Clean up your baby and get ready to show her off. Cars will be judged in several categories: there will be both Participant Choice Awards and Concours Awards decided by a panel of judges. Winners will be announced at the Awards Banquet on Saturday night. 


Awards will be in the following categories:

Saturday, October 5, Awards Banquet/Dinner:Matterhorn Room- Happy Hour 5:30pm-6:30pm, Dinner – 6:30pm -10:00pm, Cash Bar


The celebration on Saturday night is the culmination of our event. The Awards will be presented and we will find out where next year’s event will be held. Dress is business casual.


When you pick up your registration packet it will include tickets to the Awards Banquet if you included it on your registration form. You will need to present these tickets to enter the Awards Banquet.
